Submit our reservations form by fax or email for best results. Find it under “Traveler Resources.” Response time during business hours falls within an hour.  Upon request, we offer a complete matrix of options for your convenience.

For assistance while traveling or for after-hours care, provide your name, company name, and confirmation number when calling.  Personalized assistance is available around the clock for an additional charge.

Update Reservations

To make changes to existing reservations, you have several support options:

Before your trip:      

 If you made your reservations on ResX, you can easily modify your car and hotel reservations, even if you have purchased air tickets.  To change airline dates and times, call our reservation center.

Call, email, or fax your change request to our reservation center.

NOTE:  Some changes and cancellations incur additional fees and airline penalties.  Your agent will be able to assist you.  Some rule and policy reminders may be found on your itinerary or e-ticket confirmation.  Please read completely the rules and policies for reservations made on ResX.

Check Reservation Status or Itinerary

Track your flights and download them directly to your handheld, laptop or phone using our website.  Enter your RECORD LOCATOR NUMBER, found on your itinerary, at login.

“Virtually There” is your link to VALUABLE travel information and resources!  The phone numbers indicated on your itineraries are also there for access to support during your travels.  Use the site to:
