our experience begins with ours.  We offer a full menu of services to meet your needs, before, during, and after your trip.  The following should help you become more familiar with us and for us to know how to serve you better.  As always, we are happy to answer your questions.

Traveler Profile

Each of us travels differently.  We want to be familiar with how you prefer to travel.  Please register online with your ResX login or complete the enclosed traveler profile and submit it to us via FAX at (858) 451-2736 if this has not already been completed.  You may update your profile at any time the same way.

Company Policy

Travel policies save time and money.  Your company has defined the guidelines to plan your travel, including but not limited to reservations, travel and entertainment, as well as your expense reporting.  Our goal is to work together to help simplify this process for you as well as to help your company track and manage their travel dollars.  You will find it online when you log into the resX reservation system.

General Reservations

You have several options for contacting us when making reservations, modifying your plans, and looking for more information.   The most cost-effective means to handling your reservations is via our online booking engine, resX.  However, our agents fulfill those requests, handle the ticketing, and have complete access to your reservation.  Reach us via PHONE, FAX, EMAIL, or via the “Contact Agent” link in your booking engine.

ResX User Guide

Your login information and a few introductory steps are provided.  When logging in for the first time, do not enter a password; you will be prompted to create one.

Emergency Service Center

Use this only for emergencies after hours.  They have direct access to your personal profile, and are there to assist you when you need to change, cancel, or modify a reservation.  Calls to this center are through Carlson Wagonlit GLOBAL and do accrue additional charges.

Global Alliance Hotel Program

We offer extra benefits at the highest value for your company’s travel dollars in over 13,000 properties around the world.  Additionally,  over 1,500 of them offer block space exclusively for Carlson Wagonlit Travel customers.  In the event the hotel is fully booked, these rooms remain available up to 24 hours prior to time of arrival.  Log on to view the hotels available to you at www.cwtpreferredhotels.com .

Express Visa Services:

When preparing to travel internationally, we offer complete travel document procurement, including passports, visas, legalization, authentication and translations. 

Surveys and Evaluations

Periodically we will contact you for your feedback.  We rely on it for our success.

Vacation Services – Employee Benefit Program

Log on to your intranet site for the direct link to our vacation center and special offers available to your company as Carlson Wagonlit Travel customers.  From cruises to quick getaways or exotic adventures, we offer it all.
