Steps for Organizations:

We need to know about you in order to support you.  Gather some basic information about your company and your top priorities for your managed travel program.  Be prepared to provide us with the following information in order for us to deliver the best results:

  1. Name and information of your company or organization, including:  address, phone numbers, email, and web address
  2. Contact information for your travel managers and top decision makers
  3. Your industry
  4. Annual number of trips and number of travelers within your organization
  5. Annual air, car, and hotel expenditures (or estimation)
  6. Negotiated rates you currently have with suppliers
  7. Your top 3 air carriers, hotel chains, and car rental agencies
  8. Annual Meetings/Incentive expenditures, including number and nature of your events
  9. Background information pertinent to your search
  10. Your top 3 priorities for future service
